It was Home Farm land. That's why the EA were interviewing Brian, not Pat & Tony.

I find I can only make out background music if I listen on headphones, which I usually don't. If it's just radio in the roomor car, I can't really make out what's in the background.

They unblocked it enough to clear it on flood night (leading to almost death blah blah) but then ed was employed to clear it properly afterwards on the down low. We all thought this would lead to a big sl but it was a bit lame in the end

I understood the environment agency had blocked the culvert to stop whatever it was continuing to pour into the river - not that the culvert was already blocked.
