the site is becoming unusable on my iPad, it now demands that you have to view an advert before you can move forward or set the year. I just hit refresh and it goes away, but it's awful. Worried about what cookies it would enforce on my device if I view the advert.

Slighty sour grapes, but if that's Harry Ferguson in #1 I'm pretty sure the date is wrong, and I know the date of the four presidents one is wrong, they were meeting before heading off to Sadat's funeral in 1981.

I wouldn't normally post a spoiler, but it is annoying when the game is giving an incorrect date - they have done it before with an incorrect date for that presidential get-together, not the same image but the same afternoon.

You're right. The pic of the 4 presidents is the date you say it is. I put one year out too, so should have had 924 for pic 4! Not 777!! I wonder how often they do this/how often they give a wrong date?! Here's mine for today anyway, even though it should be 147 more!

OK, I'm getting a bit annoyed now. After @DeanElderberry pointed out that a picture of the presidents from the other day was about 6 years out, I have reverse image searched today's photos. (After guessing them.) I did this as I couldn't believe that pic 3 was from the year it said it was, and it turns out that Chronophoto has got the date some 12-13 out!

I wonder how many photos it has done this to?!

If it's going to keep doing this, (and I will check it every day this week,) then I'm going to stop playing, because clearly, the end score is sometimes inaccurate. So it seems a bit pointless playing it.

This is my score from today, but in reality it should be quite a bit higher.

Chronophoto has got the date some 12-13 YEARS out. (On pic 3!) Left it too late to edit! ^

That's interesting. My guess for #3 was based on the short shift-dress worn by he ?woman? on the raised pavement on the left. But the railings looked wrong for the date I guessed. And the vehicles iffy but possibly old.
