I need to get a (very) cheap second hand parent facing pram. I have a pliko which I love but dd hates as it faces out. I mostly use the bus/walk and don't have much storage space. I'm erring toward the streety but have no practical or visual experience of either.

Please help me

I love my Loola Up but there is no way you ould fold it on the bus. It's awkward to fold at the best of times and defintely takes 2 hands - not good with bags and toddler to keep hold of, let alone a baby! I only use it on the big buses with spae for about 3 or 4 buggies, where I am pretty muh guaranteed a spae.

I think your best bet is either a sling or a buggy with arseat attahment if she is still small enough to sit in one. Or ould you get something seond hand and sell it on again afterwards?

With a sling, I find that if I have DS on my bak that is fine for walking, but waiting for a bus or standing up on a bus it is not omfortable at all - something to do with your posture being different when standing and walking, I think. And of ourse you an't sit down or you'd squash them! So if I am taking DS on the bus in a sling now I tend to put him on my front despite him being 21 months old and too heavy to walk long distanes with him there. At least then I an sit down and his weight is on my lap. With a soft strutured arrier I an sometimes just swing him around to my bak without taking the waist belt off anyway, depending on what I am wearing under it.

I am def looking at second hand, she is always in the sling at present as she won't stay in the pushchair as she can't see me. Ptoblem is I prefer to fold the pram on the bus as iI am normally the first one on a 35 minute journey and you don't know who else is getting on - hence wanting a forward facing pram that will allow me to use the bus but also get me to my local supermarket without having to resort to the carrier after 10 minutes .

i had a loola up and loved it,its really easy to fold/put up, but you do need to use 2 handy to do it.

its lovely to push, really light to push,a bit heavy to lift if you are folding it with the seat unit on,

i sold mine on ebay a few weeks ago for £90,it was as new with a brand new spare hood!! so you should get one for a good price.
