Hi everyone - now I understood what you meant Dunoon! I hadn't looked at the amount of messages!!

Basl - I can count on one hand how many dresses I have owned/worn in my lifetime, so doubtful Though I do still have one!! Maybe I should make it my aim to get in it? I must look for a picture of myself in it as it was bought for my friends wedding.

Anyway, you were going jogging!! Much more impressive than me - I dod it in my front room - which, if you could have seen me was fair enogh - my tummy was boinging up and down and my knickers falling down - attractive and then i needed a wee

ill wait to see what others think?

Hope Tate picks up soon.

Diva I am not sure about having them trained either for school nursery, something I need to find out about. Also not sure how the hours will work either Nicola as you said as I knew it was going up but obviously the school day won't be any longer so not sure they can offer more in a school setting. Oh who knows??!! Jan seems ages off mind but be here before I know it I guess.

Right DS in bed, off to iron. James not stopped eating all day

Divatheshopaholic · 30/03/2010 21:34

OMG, cant believe that Janx
He will be going state school in nursery. They prefer them toilet trained
Cant wait to see him in uniform and cute jumpers

basl · 30/03/2010 21:35

Flyme i don't know if you have read any of my other threads but i strongly believe in natural remedies due to the recovery of my dh with his aloe vera. Well i have just received some epa fish oil capsules and vit vit B tablets. I have been to visit an alternative therapist and starting with these to improve my low mood.... I have read a fair bit about it and really sounds possitive. I also know a lady who has a child with attention deficit and she has been given a prescribed dose of epa fish oil and amazed at the improvements. Worth a try i say.
It is crappy feeling like this but at least your not alone and yeah my hormones play havoc with me. Sure if you looked back the threads it would be like clockwork how many times i have been on here in tears

basl · 30/03/2010 21:37

I was sure they wanted olivia out of toilet trained when she started nursery and not keen on nappies at playgroup but that's in scotland don't know if thats differnet. I blame that on olivia's trouble with doing poos i think i rushed her.

5inthebed · 30/03/2010 21:42

Have a lovely holiday Maxy

5inthebed · 30/03/2010 21:43

Oh and they can't deny your child a place at nursery because they're not toilet trained, its against the disability discrimination act.

Divatheshopaholic · 30/03/2010 21:50

Thanks all, i shall remember that in case we dont crack the toilet training.
Maxy, got parcel today, thank you. Have a fa time, im sure you all deserve it. We are ahhing uhhing about going away this weekend, due to snow and sleet and global freezing

FlyMeToDunoon · 31/03/2010 10:47

Basl I have been investigating the peri-menopause as my cycle is all over the place atm. I recently bought some evening primrose oil capsules, B6 tablets and StJohn's wort tincture. In the house already are some fish oil capsules and I did think yesterday about adding that to the mix! Thinking of changing my name to IRattle
I was going to head over to Tonbridge today after reading the thread on what is good to buy from Waitrose. However the weather put me off and I had tons to do around the house.
So far I have emptied the cat litter tray, tidied madly including that huge pile of paperwork on the dresser and hoovered.
One cuppa and two caramel wafers later I am ready to go again.
Maxy have a wonderful time.

5inthebed · 31/03/2010 10:55

I've done the kitchen and living room this morning, and should really do my ironing, but I cant be bothered. Ill do it in a bit.

DS3 away for a nap, so I'm chilling for a bit before he gets up.

FlyMeToDunoon · 31/03/2010 11:41

Gah an hour on MN reading threads. Right more housework!

basl · 31/03/2010 12:25

Morning all, i have just made olivia her easter bonnet in a mad rush as i forgott her parade is today at nursery It has some real tulips in and poor daniel in a rabbit costume. He hates it but we have to make up for olivia turning up like dogs dinner. Green stuffing everywhere and it is snowning here so walk for 20mins in that. The joys.
Flyme me it is the really heavy duty fish oil i have epa 1000 it's called. By the way i don't work for a drug company promoting all these things. I did think that last night i sounded like someone from Aloe Life and i assure you no commision. Now i think i could be good at that job

5inthebed · 31/03/2010 13:31

Basl: sponsored by Proctor and Gamble

I've been fighting with the Council all mornign over the phone, they can't sort themselves out! They sent me a bill for £54 for something that didn't even happen and were insisting I paid it before Tuesday next week! After 2 hours phoning different people, it was an error, as someone hadn't cancelled it their end. Grrrrrrrrrrrr

StrictlyKatty · 31/03/2010 13:40

Dunoon I'm so jealous of people who live near a Waitrose

Been eyeing up some new furniture for when we move... I need just £1200 for a few bits Wish DH would hurry up and find out where we are moving to. Have set my heart on Germany but bet it will be somewhere crappy instead

nicolamumof3 · 31/03/2010 14:24

been shopping this morning. then just poppped out to get some easter crafty bits and some choc for the boys we are doing mini hunt for them on sunday. v.cute!

basl · 31/03/2010 14:40

ok been thinking just looked at the bjc classic and i think it is slightly narrower than the elite and lighter. I am going to have a look into that i can get it for the same price as nipper. Flyme you had one did you not? Any idea on how wide it was. I keep looking on diff web sites and they all say different.

nicolamumof3 · 31/03/2010 14:44

mmmh yes they do look narrower? not sure if i like hood tho on classic?

basl · 31/03/2010 14:48

noooooooooo nic don't say that i don't like it either. I just want the elite but narrower. Oh i no it is funny looking but bear in mind this is only for the school run. I am stuck on this and don't know what the problem is. I was just trying to ignore that small detail that i would prob hate.

basl · 31/03/2010 14:50

Wonder if the elite hood would clip on to the classic frame. Here i go again rebuilding to my spec. Honestly need a good slap in the face.

FlyMeToDunoon · 31/03/2010 15:05

Basl just get a nipper

On the way back from sainsbury's I found a pink quest in a skip! Just washing covers now. No raincover, chunk of foam out of one handle and had to clear one front wheel of string but looks ok. Am going to sell it on ebay.
