Hi everyone - now I understood what you meant Dunoon! I hadn't looked at the amount of messages!!

Basl - I can count on one hand how many dresses I have owned/worn in my lifetime, so doubtful Though I do still have one!! Maybe I should make it my aim to get in it? I must look for a picture of myself in it as it was bought for my friends wedding.

Anyway, you were going jogging!! Much more impressive than me - I dod it in my front room - which, if you could have seen me was fair enogh - my tummy was boinging up and down and my knickers falling down - attractive and then i needed a wee

ill wait to see what others think?

Hope Tate picks up soon.

Geek I would love to be someone who loved giving birth!! I just could not get past the pain. A least ds was quick, too quick for the hospital to get me ANY form of pain relief but I still thought I was going to die!!

I hated the bee both times think I am the only person ever as everyone else loves them. I loved how easy and light it was to push, RF and one piece fold but I felt ridiculous pushing it, like I had put ds in a dolls pram.

Ds is 9 weeks old and weighs 14lb!!! He's very long so is on 75th thingie for height and weight but then his half brothers are both over 6ft.

Back out in the rain to take dd to playgroup.

nicolamumof3 · 24/03/2010 12:43

carrie i seriously don't mind the pain..im just so excited to see bubs. Had G&A only first two times then epidural with luk..oh my god! What a lifesaver..def have that again.

FlyMeToDunoon · 24/03/2010 13:02

Damned computer lost connection just as I posted again. I'm sure it isn't connected up properly.
Grrrrr
Anyway here goes again. It's my birthday today.
I went to my neighbour's funeral
I had some pain with two births and then epidural as induced labours. Third one was very easy and not very painful at all but rather dramatic as gave birth outside the hospital.
I miss Bfing and newborn babies but would not want to go through pregnancy again as my legs ached really badly and my back is just not the same after 3.

nicolamumof3 · 24/03/2010 13:09

happy bday dunoon

FlyMeToDunoon · 24/03/2010 13:45

Thanks Nicola. I saw you wrote on my facebook wall but can't get on just now as my password is remebered by the laptop, not this thing.

GeekOfTheWeek · 24/03/2010 14:15

Only thing I don't like about pregnancy is the sickness followed by the weight gain!

I know what you mean Carrie, I didn't like them at first but they have grown on me and now dh has said no. Oh well, I can feel a baby jogger coming on

Diva, no problems with the frog but it would be a pain to take on the plane. Need something slighlty smaller that folds down in one part.

nicolamumof3 · 24/03/2010 14:20

yep sickness is worst part and i had spd the last two pg's. its hard when you have a little one. hopefully luka would be nearly at school by the time i get pg again.

FlyMeToDunoon · 24/03/2010 14:42

Ooooh think I'm getting Flame17's Cerise and black Volo. wonder if that the same as carrielou had. It looks very nice. Same style as the citrus one I had but deep pink.

nicolamumof3 · 24/03/2010 14:58

yes thats the same..lovely black frame. hope it's not too low for you? bargain?

GeekOfTheWeek · 24/03/2010 14:59

Happy Birthday to Dunoon have a fab day.

Nic, there is 5 years between each of mine, tis a doddle when the eldest 2 are at school. I love the age gap we have.

carrielou2007 · 24/03/2010 15:31

Happy birthday Dunoon!!! Yes pink and black volo is the one I had, gorgous, I totally loved it!!!

I've been brave, been to toddlers without a toddler, with another mum from dd's playgroup and quite enjoyed it. Soaked again walking back so quick blast of my hair and going to get dd now in the car this time!!

maxybrown · 24/03/2010 16:54

Happy Birthday dunoon!

My legs and back are shot after one I dread to think what I would be like if I had anymore. No one warns you about things like that! I only had gas and air, I LOVE that stuff, fantastic - they should serve it in bars

Basl - how are you? Not seen you on here for couple of days. I have managed to have quick reads just not always post!

My house is sparkling now, thanks to mum pinning James down so can get packing my stuff up to post tomorrow hopefully.

Waiting for Flame to get back to me so not mine yet..... If too low then I will pass it on lol.
Thank you!

carrielou2007 · 24/03/2010 17:13

Maxy how is he today??

Missed a parcel whilst out excited it may be YM bag but it was my snunkie liner!! It is gorgous!! Had green pears on one side and blue apples and pears on the other, very pleased with it, it's really lovely

Bit miffed, put add on n/mums for highchair for collection only, I have had 4 people asking will I deliver it to north Bristol i.e. 60 mile round trip and for free!! One woman has emailed me 4 times today when I said no it is collection only, I can't get it, a pram and two children in the car and it would cost me a tenner in fuel. She keeps saying 'oh but I'm a single mum' me 'so am I' etc etc. Makes me so angry!!!

maxybrown · 24/03/2010 17:21

Carrie he has picked up, all of a sudden, tis very weird. He was terrible this morning, the worst yet and looked ill. Then all of a sudden he picked up and i snow playing! I did give him some cough medicine in the end as think all the coughing was wearing him out. We'll see, he still has not eaten or drank anything and it is evenings he really goes down hill.

People like that give single mums a bad name! I'd be peed off too. We had a woman on ebay buy a printer which was collection only and she won it for 99p (DH had thought it would go for nothing and so could not be bothered with the rigmoral of packaging it etc) and she paid and informed us that a courier would be collecting. She was so bloody rude. She didn't ask or anything. DH told her he would refund her as collection only, where she then had a right go at him about it, saying he had to offer any postal service the buyer wanted and that she was going to report him.....yada yada yada

Carrie those people drive me mad! What don't people understand about 'collection only

How old as your DS's brothers? They must be teenagers at least to already be over 6ft right? I love tall men so I'd be very pleased with those genes floating around

carrielou2007 · 24/03/2010 18:10

Hope he (and you) have a better night then Maxy. So scary how quick they get ill

Not heard back about highchair might as well just stick on ebay as it's new and I want a trip trapp

SK ds's older brothers are 18 and 19 and also has 21 year old and 16 year old half sisters. I literally brushed past their dad on the stairs I think with ds

StrictlyKatty · 24/03/2010 18:32

Wow lots of siblings! That's lovely. Their Dad is clealy a very... fertile man

I got a TT, but have hardly used it tbh. DS just never really got on with it.

nicolamumof3 · 24/03/2010 18:50

i had trip trap i used that and a chicco. Liked them both.

maxy have emailed you back lovely..

had email from basl yesterday maxy she sent me lovely liner.

carrielou...is the snunkie universal liner? if so dibs purleeeease!

carrielou2007 · 24/03/2010 19:04

I really want a trip trap are they really worth the money?? exdp's exwife looks after a toddler and he fell out of his yesterday . The mum bought it to leave at their house but just the chair - I thought you need a special insert for little ones?? I had chicco one for dd but takes up so much room in my kitchen hence tought of TT.

Nicola the liner says made for a cam but is not hookover back so should fit any pushchair. I'm so pleased with it, should look good on black xt too . If I could ever work out how to put photos on here I could show you so you could drool over it

nicolamumof3 · 24/03/2010 19:33

have you tried uploading to picturetrail carrielou?

you need a baby set on TT for little ones.

StrictlyKatty · 24/03/2010 19:41

Yeah but the baby sets are not very comfortable. DS didn't like it, and yes they can tip, very quickly!

5inthebed · 24/03/2010 19:42

Evening ladies.

Happy birtday Dunoon

Got a tray for my BJCE. Need to try it out and see what its like. Having slight wibble, thinking of selling BJCE , love to push it, love how light it is, but its a buggar to lift up! Hopefully will change mind when Streety gets here.

nicolamumof3 · 24/03/2010 19:42

i must admit i only used my tt when they were older. preferred the cosiness of chicco. But then again luka quickly went into a booster at dining table as was far easier that was around a year. he tipped highchair and landed almost on our stone fireplace. v.v.scary.

maxybrown · 24/03/2010 20:05

Ooh have you 5in I want one. Where did you get it from? They are a bugger to lift I agree, but everything else about it is so fabby that I don't care, plus I don't drive so hardly lift it, that makes a difference.

Dibs on tray though please
