how are you diva?

Divatheshopaholic · 06/03/2010 20:19

i think our little madam is down with flu or something. been really poorly this afternoon, high temperatures, and off food.
kids at school all been off school one by one last 2 weeks.
maxy, we got to see tomorrow and see how we go, then might cancel monday again if she is off school on monday.

nicolamumof3 · 06/03/2010 20:21

poor love..tate is just the same tho

janx · 06/03/2010 20:25

Hi Diva - did you get my message re top - got it thanks - what do I owe you for post?
I see you were looking for some Korean food - if I can get something for you - am in London and work in the West End...I love Korean food.
Hope you are all well - our mixer tap broke on Friday - not been able to have a shower ...had to order the part online - so god knows when that will come. Luka thinks it is hysterical that we have been filling buckets of water from the kitchen to fill the bath - I am less amused!
oh dinner is ready - dp cooking tonight - yipee

maxybrown · 06/03/2010 20:28

ok Diva, james full of a cold, just woke up with it this morning though they tend to come on him like that then go just as quickly. he is happy enough though.

Evening Ladies,

Size0 here!
What are we all up to on this fine evening?

carrielou2007 · 06/03/2010 21:40

Evening all quiet on here.

Lovely sunshine here the last two days but very cold. Lots of lovely line dried washing, dd's bedding smells divine, mine to be done tomorrow.

Divatheshopaholic · 06/03/2010 21:41

OTA, i liked you Size0 name best
looks like all our kids got flu all over the country.

nicolamumof3 · 06/03/2010 21:48

yes it is bloody cold i agree!! i dried four loads of washing tho yesterday can't quite understand how cold it is yet it got dry!

how are you OFA?

hows that little boy of yours carrielou?

carrielou2007 · 06/03/2010 21:54

Lots of poorly little ones, dd very snotty and hacking cough but still wanting to play outside in her sand and water table.

Ds is almost 11lb and totally scrumpious

Missed that nipper local to me on ebay last night (was to engrossed in Lost and forgot) I could have had it as it only went for 45 pounds!

horsemadgal · 06/03/2010 22:23

carrielou and Nicola, and anyone else who's had a Streety, how bad are they really?
Think ok for keeping in car boot for shopping and similar non-bumpy journeys?

Knew I should have kept my car Bee, gggrrrr.

nicolamumof3 · 06/03/2010 22:28

the only reason no good for me was because couldn't one hand push when i had it about 15months ago i think Tate was obv not even quite 3yr so i had to hold his hand all time when using a single so just didn't work.

horsemadgal · 06/03/2010 22:31

I think that would annoy me too Nicola.
DS1 is 6 but I do like to hold his hand still when crossing road going to school. Though wouldn't be using this on school run, mmmmmmmmmm.

nicolamumof3 · 07/03/2010 07:51

i dont think you would like it after bee?

sal1309 · 07/03/2010 07:59

good morning all.

carrie shoes arrived yesterday thank you the black ones are really lovely Will put them away now ready for when dd's feet grow a little.

maxy and diva hope your little ones are better soon. all the kids round here have had some kind of cold over the past few weeks aswell.

another nice but cold day here

Divatheshopaholic · 07/03/2010 10:06

how is everyone?

nicolamumof3 · 07/03/2010 10:09

yes cold here too diva! due to be like this all next week too. i like it cold and sunny as long as you're wrapped up.

shame we was hoping end to buying logs but still need our fire on.

Divatheshopaholic · 07/03/2010 10:15

wow, nicola
you mean you have real fire?
we only got wood burner in the garden. dh will love real fireplace and period features.

nicolamumof3 · 07/03/2010 10:25

plenty of features here lol!! we live in victorian house it is nice but cold!! even tho windows replaced ceilings are high and wooden floors downstairs dont help. we have fireplace in lounge, dining room and boys room. only use in lounge and we have on 24/7 when its cold!
