We've had 6 viewings in 3 weeks and 2 people who seriously considered making an offer. But didn't . Apparently 6 viewings is pretty good round here atm. But nowt for 2 weeks.
So question is what to do next to stimulate interest.
1 We have no for sale board - bearing in mind we live in a cul-de-sac it might not help much but is it worth giving it a go?
- Drop the price. Couldn't drop it by much but enough for 'reduced price' to go on the front of the details and maybe catch someone's eye?
- Change agents. Don't much want to do that as I think it's unfair to do that so soon but we might if essential.
Which if any would anyone advise please?
