Would a loft conversion be possible here

Hi, I’ve come across this property and although it isn’t perfect I definitely need 4 bedrooms upstairs whereas this seems to have only 3 proper bedrooms. Would it be possible to do a loft conversion here pls?

I think there are 4 upstairs, with the 5th on the attic space? Stairs up from bed 4?

It doesn't look like there is much of a loft so I would guess no.

Could you not just slice a bit off bedroom 4 to make a coridoor?

Unlikely, the upstairs is already eaved so there won't be any loft space to speak of, but there are 5 bedrooms already if you count the one off the 4th bedroom as a separate bedroom, which I'm not sure I would. Those will be stairs down as it's the room over the garage I think. You could add dormer windows to make eaved rooms feel larger, but I think you'd need planning permission.
If I was buying this I'd be making alterations to the layout on both floors to make better use of the space.
