My teenager would love this if it was sold complete with contents.

This is my current favourite "shit photos plus cute dog" Rightmove combo:

I mean - skateboarding dog, what more could you want?

I mean it does look disgusting, but for the size of house and the area it is a bit if a bargain I would say. It could be lovely when refurbished.

It needs a new kitchen, new bathroom, new flooring throughout, complete redecoration, painted outside, plant removed from front. We live in a house built in a similar 60s/70s time period and the rooms are big and airy. that's the benefit, but this needs SO much work.

It appears that this house in the same street sold for £320k a year ago. It's a 4 bed not a 5 bed but is in move-in condition.

So £375k seems very pricey.

When we were house-hunting last year I was proud of my ability to see 'potential' in lots of houses - look past the grim decor, have a bit of vision, etc etc.

But this one? Nope nope nopey nope. The state of the carpets with all those dogs? Nooooo way. It needs burning to the ground.

TattiePants · 24/05/2022 12:55

The owners reeeaaallly don't want to sell the house do they? I can't imagine it's tenants - would a landlord let a tenant have that many dogs in a rental? Love the dirty mug right at the front of the 'Liverpool' bedroom and the dirty bathroom.

It wouldn't be breach of copyright to take a picture that included the poster. More likely the agent or Rightmove runs software designed to blur images in personal photos and it picked up the poster.

That would be more likely👍

But it could be both.
On US shows they will sometimes blur art but show family photos.
A UK based painter went to take a film crew to court a few years ago over them using a home as a set, the owner had bought and hung his art work, and it was shown a number of times. The case was based on something along the lines of devaluing his brand image to have his artwork displayed as it suggested his art was bought by a drug dealer character plus he still owned the IP. It settled before it went to trial but would have been an intresting one to follow.

But is the cloning machine included?

Brilliant.

375 for that shit hole? I guess location is everything in that case.

Absolutely dreadful photos.
The garden one pointed at the building site rather than the actual garden one finished me off!

RedWingBoots · 24/05/2022 14:01

Toilet roll next to one of the beds with a box of Lynx!

mummabubs · 24/05/2022 14:05

Sent this to my mum as her house has just gone on the market and she's been stressed about the photos of her house (which are pretty good!) She actually thought this was a joke. I don't think I've ever seen such terribly done photos that weren't due to the agent, just the vendor. Why on earth wouldn't you move the dog paraphernalia (and the dogs!), tidy, make beds and at least run a hoover around the place!?! It's not like it's listed that cheaply either!!

CrispsnDips · 24/05/2022 14:25

Has loads of potential if you like a big project …

Booklover3 · 24/05/2022 23:04

I think it’s passive aggressive. I think a landlord is selling and the tenants aren’t happy… can’t think of any other reason for the photos!

or a divorce.

someone obviously doesn’t want to sell!
