It wouldn't be breach of copyright to take a picture that included the poster. More likely the agent or Rightmove runs software designed to blur images in personal photos and it picked up the poster.

It’s a 5 bedroom house but only photos of 3 bedrooms - I dread to think what the other rooms look like if these are the ones chosen to best show off this house!

I despair of estate agents. I'm doubting this is a tenanted property as who would let to someone with so many dogs? And you'd get them out before marketing if it was in this state.
Agents should have had a frank talk with the seller and tell them they are knocking thousands off the price by not decluttering snd cleaning. I'd have made it a condition of marketing that it be done.
