Bold move! Must have a lot of parties.

Not enough beer handles!

DisforDarkChocolate · 05/04/2022 21:03

It's bigger than the kitchen!

I'd be embarrassed, or just old.

TheLightSideOfTheMoon · 05/04/2022 21:06

But a lick of paint and you have built in bookshelves.

And a crowbar will get rid of the actual bar.

Mannydelgado · 06/04/2022 08:38

That's awesome!

MyBottleOfRibena · 06/04/2022 12:50

Besides the point, but the concrete garden is really depressing

Howeverdoyouneedme · 06/04/2022 12:52

I nearly missed it, the house is so drab.

stuntbubbles · 06/04/2022 12:54

Loves me some estate agent speak: “the versatile dining room/bar”…

DomusAurea · 06/04/2022 18:02

The Scottish themed stained glass is quite fun though

Hiyawotcha · 06/04/2022 18:12

I quite like the bones of it, plus kelivindale! But. The concrete is covering a shallow grave in my opinion.

Whelmed · 06/04/2022 18:15

Haha I kind of almost maybe sort of don't awfully mind it......

FloBot7 · 06/04/2022 18:19

If I was the socialising kind I'd love it. The garden is so depressing though. I love growing flowers so it wouldn't work for me at all.

Caspianberg · 06/04/2022 18:21

The garden looks like they swapped some patio out, buried some bodies, and back filled with concrete

Itsbackagain · 06/04/2022 18:23

That whisky collection is probably worth more than the house!

Aroundtheworldin80moves · 06/04/2022 18:24

Husband would live that!

On a serious note... home office without too much effort. Can even keep the bar.

GreenClock · 06/04/2022 18:27

I like it! I would view that house if I were looking in the area.

"Versatile" is optimistic. I mean I guess it could be a sports bar or an Irish bar, depending on whether you put Guinness on the pump?
CharityShopChic · 06/04/2022 18:33

That's not far from me!

I think that the whisky room could be easily repurposed as a dining room or study, and the rest of the house is fine.

CPL593H · 06/04/2022 18:34

I kind of love it

CPL593H · 06/04/2022 18:35

The bar that is!

Beastieboys · 06/04/2022 18:43

Not being rude but with that huge bar it looks like the waiting room in a knocking shop, Just needs some plush seats!

whoami24601 · 06/04/2022 18:47

I once gave something away on Freecycle. When I went to deliver it the guy opened the door and he'd turned his front room into a pub! Not a bar, an actual pub! It was one of those houses with only 1 room and a kitchen downstairs too. It was awesome!

Imicola · 06/04/2022 19:07

True the garden is probably hiding something. I also can't work out what the extra bit on the kitchen in the floor plan is...utility area?

Swingers Grin

ReadyToMoveIt · 06/04/2022 19:27

I want one!
Definitely a few bodies in that ‘garden’ though.

DrBrennerFan · 06/04/2022 19:27
