Plot 21 or plot 91? And why?

I would never buy a Persimmon home either, due to experience of friends and reading about it in the media. Shocking customer service.

If you have read up on everything and go for it, then 91 due to the sun and also less parking hassle. The other house could be a nightmare with the neighbour having visitors blocking you in, and those parking areas are notoriously tight. Go and have a look at a completed estate they built near you that has a few years age to it, and see what you think. When you resell, the appeal of a new house has gone and 91 seems to have the better parking for both being troubled by others.
