just curious. our place went on the market a week ago. the market is v slow at the moment, by all accounts.

we have a second viewing todayy (same people came at the weekend) and 2 more lots of people today/ tomorow.

i am making myself scarce so as not to be traumatised by people nosing round my home.

am already finding the tidying up before they get here rather tedious.

houses in this area sell fast, largely due to proximity to good schools. but we are on a busy road, so that could present a problem.

did you have to wait long for a buyer? am woried we may not get onyone till after xmas.

1 before the for sale board went up and before details had been printed up. We were very very lucky and we spent the whole sale thinking it would go wrong. We did sell at a 'good' time though.

I think it was kind of meant though as the house we bought I'd had my eye on for a while and knew it was the house for us.

Yes, twenty-six.

21 of them in one weekend.

DW took the kids to her parents' and left me to it. I had one viewing every half-hour, both days.

The people who bought it were the very first to see it. DOH!!
