Ds is a home owner. Got home at the weekend and ndn has massacred his overhanging tree. No chat /discussion. Not just their side but right over the fence into his property..
Back story if anyone cares...
There is a huge gap which is fenced but now they /he can see right through. They have a patio set facing into his garden now!
Deeds say party fencing due to restrictive covenants..
Can ds attach reed fencing to it legally? Can't be sitting out there in full view!
Anyone help?
