How best to turn this 2 bed into 3 bed

Hi all! Does anyone have any advice on how to best make this a proper 3 bed? Currently there's a badly built partition wall subdividing one of the original bedrooms but this means there isnt a seperate entrance. We want to make this a 3 bed to increase resale value and as far as I know the subdivision as it is doesnt make it a proper 3 bed. Does anyone have ideas on how best to create a proper 3 bed? Have you tried taking some space off the master bedroom for the corridor instead? This would still give you a good sized master and bedroom 3 will be bigger.

I was hesitant about doing that as I assumed that was a structural wall in the middle and so would be more expensive to take down

Also not sure how room 3 could be made bigger although we may push the new wall over to the left so that room 2 is 2 x 2 which we fully accept is a box room

Your master is probably too narrow to get away with cutting anything out of it, anyhow. Making it smaller would make the house harder to sell because people who like a kingsize bed would be turned off by it.
