I regret to say, I have used AnyVan, and I shall never use them again. Here's the reason why:
Below is a transcript of my online chat with an Anyvan "Customer Service" rep who
said, blatantly, she will not show me any goodwill, when I asked her to reschedule a
paid, pre-booked delivery without charging me extra.
