I love looking at tiny London flats. Some are dream flats, some are 'how much'.
How much?
Tiny flat
More space outside than inside
Don't fancy sleeping in the conservatory.
Another tiny wee flat

Love looking at little London flats too. Especially love the ones that look like c*ap outside, but owners have put so much effort into the interiors

Floggingmolly · 08/06/2016 22:02

I wouldn't fancy falling out of bed in that third one Shock. Shouldn't the bedshelf room have some sort of balustrade round it?

Pipbin · 08/06/2016 22:06

Very very tiny wee

It's got a glass barrier I think Flogging

Pipbin · 08/06/2016 22:10

I don't think you could photograph this from any more angles

Oh good, I love the tiny flats threads. I dream of living in a minimalist, bijou space but quite clearly these people have all had to move every single possession they can out to someone else's house for the photos. Plus in my mind I would be living in a fabulous mews house with incredible soundproofing - I cannot stand hearing other people's noise.

The one with the bed in the conservatory is just odd. Even with blinds drawn I would just assume a serial killer was going to break in every night. I like the one with the floating bed platform, what could possibly go wrong?

Floggingmolly · 08/06/2016 22:11

Oh, so it has

tribpot · 08/06/2016 22:12

The Beckton one is making me hyperventilate it's so claustrophobic.

Pipbin · 08/06/2016 22:13

Smallest cheapest flat in London

I love these. I actually quite like the Balham one with the mezzanine bedroom. But for £525k in zone 3?! Madness

tribpot · 08/06/2016 22:17

God that last one is tragic - with its compact kitchenette and 'wet room' which are mysteriously unphotographed. In Hackney! Does no-one sleep rough under Waterloo Bridge these days? You'd have more space.

BluePitchFork · 08/06/2016 22:20

where would you leave your second pair of shoes stuff in those places?
there is a new development near me where even the big sales billboards look titchy!

wonkylegs · 08/06/2016 22:29

That first one is the same size as our living room yet costs as much as our whole house 😳

whois · 08/06/2016 22:34

I like the mezzanine one, if you were a single person with dogs or something. But for £500k+ you could get something so much more in other parts of london in zone 2 or zone 3.

I'd take a Mile End ex local 2 bed with separate kitchen and sitting room for 450 over any of those.

Queenbean · 08/06/2016 22:44

Whois

The mezzanine one is in zone 3!!!

whois · 08/06/2016 23:04

Yup, I maybe didn't phrase it well. I think that's crazy for zone 3!

Is this price right?

OP posts:
Queenbean · 09/06/2016 22:58

£1m for that studio??!! What????

Pipbin · 09/06/2016 22:59

I actually like this one

OMG the 'Interesting colour for the stairs' one has a perfect prep machine in the kitchen.... I honestly got all anxious and claustrophobic thinking of living in a tiny cupboard studio flat with a baby!!

I just don't understand why you'd buy something that small for that much money, unless maybe you live outside of London but need somewhere to stay for work or something. The value for money is so shit. We bought a flat in London but waaaaaaaaaay better value than that, it is do-able so I don't get why you'd chose something so small and expensive.

Pipbin · 09/06/2016 23:06

Interesting use for a shop card display
