I love looking at tiny London flats. Some are dream flats, some are 'how much'.
How much?
Tiny flat
More space outside than inside
Don't fancy sleeping in the conservatory.
Another tiny wee flat

Some of the interiors are hilarious, the Mayfair one with fancy curtains and portraits as if it's a stately home Grin and the Talgarth Road one with a huge yet stylish lamp taking up precious floor space.

I had a friend who lived in the tiniest flat in Shepherd's Bush, the loo was separated from the main living area by a waist high wall that only shielded you from one side. You faced away from the sitting area and towards the neighbour's garden. Thank goodness it had frosted glass at least...

My first London flat (1988, £52k) had a kitchen 6ft by 4ft and that's wall to wall.
The toilet and shower were off the living/dining room (which was 7.5ft wide) so one could carry on the scintillating dinner party conversation whilst one of the guests took a dump.

The shop card display is hilarious - the ad calls it 'very large' - I'd fucking expect so for £750,000!!! How much could one want to live in Soho?!

The kitchen/green floor look exactly like a branch of Kimchee.

Which one is the Soho one?
I don't pay any attention to the location as it means very little.

Cross post with Ever. It is utterly ridiculous isn't it.

Jesus Christ why would you pay £1m for a studio?
