We are renovating our house to sell. Please tell me which kitchen you would like most in a house. Thank you

I wouldn't renovate a kitchen to sell a house. Kitchens are too personal to call. If I were buying a house, I'd rather install my own kitchen BUT I can see why a nice kitchen can sell a house.

I'd buy a house with kitchen 3; I think the others are a bit meh. But that's me. Most people would probably disagree.

we have decided on number two. but are having it made to keep costs down. Its essentially pale grey painted units and a dark grey slate worktop!

no granite. No dark worktops that show every water mark. No islands wasting space - give the option of clear space or a kitchen table. No butler sinks (ouch, my back...) Enough power sockets. And no hanging lights to hit my head on - ceiling lights belong on the ceiling!
