This reminds me of when we were viewing- one vendor could only let us look round at teatime, so fine- no problem, teatime it was. When we'd finished, the estate agent shook hands and drove away, and out of nowhere, one of the neighbours appeared, explaining that they were also trying to sell their house and if we had a minute, did we want to have a look. So, we did.
Never seen so much staging in my life!
Half past four-ish, one woman, three obviously hungry and fractious small children, and a bottle of red wine, two tall stem glasses and a small bowl of olives artfully arranged on the patio table
