Just after I recovered from realising that this two bedroom flat is on the market for nearly 600k, I find myself unable to stop laughing at the totally staged photos. Unless of course the vendor was planning on jumping straight in the bath once the estate agent had gone? Grin

They let that house out as a holiday rental - those photos are lifted straight from that, I guess that explains why they are more styled than the usual For Sale photos!

FadedRed · 01/07/2015 21:36

600 grand for a tiny place, with tiny rooms and no garden!! No wonder local people cannot buy houses.
Definitely Phil and Kirstie have a lot to answer for.

EvaBee · 01/07/2015 21:49

Hilarious. Seems like the vendors can't decide whether to drink wine on the balcony, drink tea and eat cakes or play monopoly or have a bath. So funny.

Marmitelover55 · 01/07/2015 22:40

The cups of tea look a funny shape - wide angle lens I suspect!

PringleLicker · 01/07/2015 22:51

do they really like pink orchids? Or is it the same one being moved from room to room?

So far I've spotted it at both ends of the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom. Bit like Where's Wally.

PringleLicker · 01/07/2015 22:53

No wait, there's one in the bedroom too.

blendedfamilygrinch · 01/07/2015 22:56

St Mawes is luffly but the monopoly pic is hilarious!

SavoyCabbage · 01/07/2015 23:13

Someone call the agent and ask if the bath is blocked.

I agree that they are the holiday let photos. They are hilarious even for that though. I like that the first picture is a boat.

SavoyCabbage · 01/07/2015 23:16

I had to go back to play Where's Wally's Orchid.

luxuriousblossom · 01/07/2015 23:17

Also what is going on with the headboard and duvet cover combination? Would not want to come back to that after a few drinks in the local Confused

Well at least they had water in the bath. Scroll about mid-way down the pictures in the link...Grin

stareatthetvscreen · 01/07/2015 23:55

it is lovely there - we have stayed in one of the houses right on the sea front but 600k - blimey

SavoyCabbage · 01/07/2015 23:59

That was brilliant Moonlight. As I scrolled past the washing machine I thought surely this can't be about to happen! But it did!

GinBunny · 02/07/2015 00:04

They're obviously expecting viewings today when it's hot so have filled the bath up so you can jump in and cool down while you view. Great idea.

kickassangel · 02/07/2015 00:22

The bath is a jacuzzi one, so they're displaying how the water swishes. Because no-one can imagine that for themselves, obvs.

PresidentTwonk · 02/07/2015 00:36

That fruit bowl is dangerously close to the edge!

220hawthorn · 03/07/2015 23:41

What utter bollocks. No doubt devised by some smarmy suited tosspot of an agent

echt · 04/07/2015 04:48

Those peppers. It's like "Invasion of the Bodysnstchers" :o

I did love the light in that house, though.

Longdistance · 04/07/2015 05:22

I'm sure the orchids triffids have moved from room to room Confused

ToastedOrFresh · 04/07/2015 05:28

The tea in the tea cups is to strong. I couldn't live there.

Sizzlesthedog · 04/07/2015 09:36

Peppers in the bath!

St Mawes is stunning. Lovely to have a holiday home there.

MarshaBrady · 04/07/2015 09:40

How funny
