Is that a swing in the sitting room?

FamiliesShareGerms · 02/01/2014 13:09

Zoopla suggests they are rather optimistic

RobinSparkles · 02/01/2014 13:10

Surely that's a typo and they put too many 0s on! Shock

It's not even nicely decorated! The kitchen's alright but every other room is shockingly decorated.

titchy · 02/01/2014 13:10

Blimey - shoddy isn't it?

LittleTulip · 02/01/2014 13:12

Bet it's supposed to be £120,000!

merryxmasyafilthyanimal · 02/01/2014 13:15

Six bedrooms in London near a station... Not a mistake.

HappyAsEyeAm · 02/01/2014 13:17

I know its a huge amount of money, but it isn't a mistake. Thats London pricing for you when a house is large and near an underground station.

Womnaleplus · 02/01/2014 13:18

They've got 0.77 acres with potential to extend further and completely redecorate.

sapfu · 02/01/2014 13:21

Blimey.

The kitchen's odd though up to date, but they have horrible taste and the rest of it is charmless at best, and the garden's a shit hole.

Rooners · 02/01/2014 13:24

My guess is that it's the land.

What a fugly house though!

MothershipG · 02/01/2014 13:25

I used to live near there, in a shared house just after uni, it wasn't that great then...but with that amount of space and land the price isn't surprising. They could be aiming it at the commercial market hoping a developer will buy it and convert into flats.

The price of land alone, anywhere near a tube station in London is ridiculous!

Rooners · 02/01/2014 13:25

OMG the swinging bench and the bar stools. wtaf

Rooners · 02/01/2014 13:26

I wonder if they could ask more if they knocked it down first?

PseudoBadger · 02/01/2014 13:30

I knew it would be near here :o

annielewis · 02/01/2014 13:30

Errrrr no, its in Edgware, near a tube and it has 6 bedrooms and a big garden/land. Definitely no mistake.

Lol Badger. I keep expecting someone to turn up on the thread saying 'Oi that's my house!' Grin

nicename · 02/01/2014 13:49

At first I thought - oh well, London, six bedrooms... then I saw the photos.

Bedrooms are titchy, the garden looks like it needs 'some work', the exterior is ugly and the extension looks like it was thrown up by Bob the Builder (very odd interior).

And as for the décor... where shall I start?

I suspect someone will buy it for the land and knock the whole lot down and put up a block of flats.

MothershipG · 02/01/2014 13:56

It's also suspicious that there is no pic of the front, it must be horrendous. It's definitely a doer-upper! Wink

LittleTulip · 02/01/2014 13:56

Does the snooker table double up as a dining table too?

titchy · 02/01/2014 13:57

It's a semi though - they'd be hard pushed to knock it down, unless they make the adjoining house an offer they can't refuse!

caramelwaffle · 02/01/2014 14:00

Picture 5 looks like a room in an old fashioned asylum: grim.

It also screams damp.

caramelwaffle · 02/01/2014 14:00

Not surprised at the price.

Badvoc · 02/01/2014 14:02

Does Del Boy live there!?

JohnnyBarthes · 02/01/2014 14:08

Arf at the sitting room swing - that's glorious!

5 bedroom TERRACED house offers in excess of £4.5 million

To be fair it's not your ordinary terrace Grin
