We need to sell 2 houses- please give us your opinion on both....

Due to poorly mother and 'cosy'(as in cosy for 3 adults, 1 child and 3 cats!!) current home, we need to move ASAP- please look at links below and give me some tips on what we can improve xx

I was going to say: (3-bed house)

• the table set up is unhelpful, a 3-bed home will have more than 2 people living there i would think, so you need to seat more than 2 at the table, can you come up with a way to do this?

• some of the pics are still blurry

• can you angle the garden photo to show more garden, less neighbouring houses?

2-bed:

• open the curtains/blinds for the outside picture

• can you open the blinds in the bathroom for the pic too? what's hiding out there?

• and angle the outside shot to not have the building activity next door?

• definitely declutter the living room, it looks tiny

• different orionetation for the kitchen to avoid a great big dark door dominating the photo

• is there any kind of patio near the house, maybe a photo taken from the other end of the garden showing the back?

Also it says 2-bed but no photo of 2nd bedroom?
