Agree with all of the above, but particularly de-clutter the living room in house 2.
Move the free-standing mirror in the bedroom of house two, as it reflects the patterned wallpaper and makes it look a bit 'busy'. Also move the chest at the end of the bed in house 2, as it is just sat there, and is also in the wardrove mirror. Move the things off the bedside cabinet. Maybe add some cushions on the bed in house 2.
The kitchen door in house 2 looks very heavy and dark, it kind of makes the room dark. Any options for this? Could you paint it, or even just hang a lighter voile or something over it. I look at that pic and think 'black door black door black door' before I look at anything else. Perhaps just a different photo angle would remove the problem?
House 1 - agree the table looks a bit stark, you could try a table cloth, or add some place mats.
Again de-clutter everything and get a better pic of garden in house 1 - it would be better to see the garden and patio/seating area together.
Both houses look great though, it's more the photos that can be fixed a bit.
