I'm worried to add my details in. When I signed up with a link it said I was getting free box then 30% off but at top of payment screen it's showing as £50.25. Did the same happen with anyone else?

Yea. It means the code hasn't worked. The £50.25 should turn to £0. Copy it and add it to the promo field

I've just received an email with a delivery charge of £1.99, is that correct?

That doesn't sound right no, I was not charged anything at all

I was charged zero yesterday when I placed the order then they've moved the delivery date by a date as they're busy and also charged me £1.99 delivery. To be honest I don't mind but just letting others know too.

I have just ordered and delivery was definitely free, but I paid a surcharge of £1.99 for one of my choices, so maybe that is the issue for some of you?
