has anyone tried my supermarket .com?
I have it has just compared my shop between the 3 supermarkets that deliver in my area.
told me which was cheapest and offers that were cheaper than the ones i chose, and thats not all it also told me the better calorie choice!!!!!!!.
believe it or not sainsburys were cheaper than tesco and asda and i got a delivery for just £2.50 because i ordered over £70 on a tues!!!!!!!!
wow now theres one not to be ignored.

Yes I use mysupermarket - it's generally great and easy to use and I like the 'check for cheaper offers' feature at the end (don't bother with teh calorie one though [fat] )

It does seem to have a slight bias towards the 'store' that you are currently ordering in - eg I always find Tesco is by far the cheapest when I'm ordering in 'Tesco' mode, but when I switch to Sainsbury's mode and order the same stuff the difference in price is much less (though Tesco still usually cheaper). Must be something to do with the way it substitutes 'comparable' items, eg own brand stuff.

Has anyone worked out what the benefit of ipoints are btw? I have quite a few now and no idea what to do with them.

Thanks for the tip MrsBadger - just had my £60 order delivered with £9 off (put in 5 big boxes of washing powder and then took them out).

14/04 until 20/04 - XXH3D2 - £7 OFF £70 just worked for me.

Now I shall go back and remove all the stuff I didn't really want but put in my basket to get the discount!

I'm loving Mrs B's suggestion, I usually fill up with things like loo roll and dishwasher tablets to take me over the £90 (or whatever) threshold. Things I know we'll use up but not all at once if you see what I mean.

Can someone talk me through when exactly exactly you can remove stuff from your order...do you pay first and then go back to it somehow? I've not done that before...Ta.

Just checkout with the £90 (or whatever order) using the discount code. Then a couple of days later go back into the order (go into my orders and there is a button you click to change the order), remove the items you don't want by reducing the quantities to 0 and pressing the confirm button. then checkout again. You won't have to enter card details and you'll get an email confirming the changes but when your order comes you'll see the £9 (or whatever) has been applied to the order.

Hope that makes sense

I did this the other way round and it still worked.
Did my order, then added on a bit more to make it over £90. Confirmed it, then straight away went back in and amended it, deleting the extra bits. Just got it delivered and had the £9 off.
Easy peasy!
But - do you reckon that Tescos will realise this loop hole soon?

I've just had to do an order with Asda because all the Tesco codes seem to finish today. Hopefully that means there will be another lot out soon.

just worked for me, thanks LMN - when it went through it did say it was £5 off 'Baby Club' items and I had nappies, wipes and jars in the basket, maybe that's why?
