I know a few tiger mums..they don't hide at all or at least if they are trying they are doing it poorly. All smiles while trying to weedle information out of you about what level music/maths/sport your dc is at. Often don't give a shit about creativity so poetry writing and drama is a waste of time UNLESS it can be graded in some way and therefore 'completed' and won.

If you feel you have to hide how you parent your child then you know what you're doing is wrong, have a scroll through the countless support groups online for the now grown children of 'tiger parents' whose parenting methods left physical and mental scars.
