Primary School Applications - when do we hear?

Does anyone know when it is we hear back about which school they are going to (those starting reception 2007)? Or is it different for different parts of the country?

I thought it was early March, friend says April, so now we're both unsure!!

Some people in Surrey got their letters today.

MIL has just looked in DS1's bookbag and found DS2's letter confirming his place. But was just at a party and mums waiting to hear from another school have not heard yet (in Spelthorne BTW)

We are in the Woking LEA, and have def not heard yet.... Sigh...

Will have to wait till Monday now, will pounce on postie when he turns up...
