What time does your dc go to bed?

TBH what time do your dcs go to bed, actually in bed, head on the pillow and light switched off, that sort bed time?

Ds (10) in bed for 8.30\9pm on school nights. He gets up at 7.
In the holidays it is nearer 10pm, later if we have been out for the day.

DDs 7.5 and 5.8 dinner 5.30, tv 6.15, teeth 7.00, story & lights out. DD1 might read for a bit but usually lights out by 7.45/8.00

wake up 6.45/7am

I feel terrible.DD (8) and DS (4) go to bed at 7.
