Hi,

can anyone recommend a website that shows you how to work out the maths problems first before testing you on it? Had a look on IXL - that seemed to just be question.

My dd is yr 5. Thanks in advance

I don't know if this is the kind of thing you are looking for but ds has been using this site for the last couple of years (is in yr 5 now) and loves it.

My children liked this one :www.themathsfactor.com/ but only some of the site is free, you have to buy a subscription for the best bits but its definately worth it.

Do school use MyMaths? It is great, teaches and then gives tasks. I'm not sure if you can subscribe as a parent though.
