Ok, levels don't mean a thing to me. I have no idea what level my dd is currently working at, in any subject.

With so many posts and threads on here, I wondered why so many parents are bothered. I'm not being judgemental as I used to like to know what level my dc were, but I don't know why.

I thought it was pretty obvious I wasn't being judgemental and seeking opinion when I said, I don't know why I used to be bothered. Other people telling me why they are bothered and their opinion, I presumed could be helpful.
I never mentioned H.ed to begin with because it never was nor is a H.ed specific thread, but about the advantages and disadvantages of levels.
You are correct though I could have communicated this better, I'm afraid it is one of my weaknesses.
