Please can anyone advice..
My daughter is 11 and half. Always saying to be excited to be Preteen🙄
Anyway..
On the 5th of December she came back from school saying she felt sick most of the day, like her tummy hurt.
She started lighly bleeding, explained her everything about periods. Used the liliets teen pads
She was a bit shocked but got ok.
No more pain and this light bleed went on for about 8 -10days on and off and then stopped. It was a light bleeding, 2-3 pads were enough per a whole day.
Fast forward to this Monday 19th of December and she started bleeding again, this time more heavily seems like normal adult period, no pain though.
Now - today on day 4 she came down running & crying that it’s too much blood and crying that she hates it and doesn’t want to be pre teen anymore.
Her underwear is all covered in blood.
Is this normal to bleed like this even she bled for first time on the 5th for more than week?
When I think of my own start of period, I remember it came sort of regularly the first months, definitely not a twice like she has..

Update.
I thought i would update this as many look into it.
My daughter is now 14 and periods settled into regularity after some months.
Also the bleeding got better.
She is not longer panicking about it, she actually doesn't even mention it at all.
We did go to Dr at that time and they did a blood tests, but they wouldn't give her anything like in medication etc.
What i did was I asked her GP ( paid for it) to write a letter for her school so she got a toilet card, this made her less stressed about it all too, she said she not bothered about the card neither now ( will be Y10 now)
