@Confusedandlost1812 just woke up had a bit of blood feel very shaky. The other 2 tablets you take 3 hours later do they have to be dissolved in the mouth or can you take then vaginally? X

Hi @Loveandlight2023 . Hope you're ok, an unplanned pregnancy throws up all sorts of emotions regardless of how certain you are of your choice.
If you're sure you don't want to keep it then I'd call bpas or MSI - if you're UK based then one of those will most likely be contracted to provide services in your area, they'll tell you which organisation you need to use. Then you complete a request for a consultation either online or by phone & they will take things from there. If you're sure of dates, early enough in pregnancy & don't have any underlying reasons why you might need to be seen first then you should be able to get pills by post if that's what you prefer.

Here if you need to chat.

hello, hope you are ok. Try not to worry. I was around 4/5 weeks when I did mine at home. It’s wasn’t as bad as the horror stories make out. I had about 20/30mins when I just needed to be alone in to the toilet. But aside from that I was able to carry on like normal just like a heavy period. At the time I had an 8month old and a 4 year old. Apart from doing the school run I just stayed home snuggled up watching films. How far along are you? I do believe the pills are sent quite quickly in the post. But I collected mine. I don’t know if that’s an option for you? X

Thank you so much for this . You have no idea how helpful it’s been . I’ve spoken to boss and they can deliver so I can be at home with the baby and the 4 year old will be at school x

Loveandlight2023 · 28/11/2023 15:53

Thank you so much xx

Loveandlight2023 · 28/11/2023 15:54

Whoops I meant bpas

Anonymous354 · 28/11/2023 18:56

Glad your sorted. It’s not easy but it will soon be over and you can enjoy Christmas with your little ones. Let us know how you get on. Here for support if you need it x

Hi @Loveandlight2023 , thinking of you during this.

it’s coming up to a year since my abortion, and BPAS were very friendly, very quick (even with the Royal Mail strikes!) I was around 7 wks and even then it wasn’t as bad as the horror stories. A couple hours was painful (but didn’t need anything stronger than para and ibuprofen) then it was just a heavy period. It’ll be over with soon! All the best
