Would you say this was a failed abortion?

Afternoon all, I’m 3 week post medical abortion and would have been 10 weeks by now. I have taken the pregnancy test that was in the kit and attached is a photo of the results. I’m confused. All symptoms have gone but now this has thrown me! Many thanks in advance.

Thank you all, such lovely kind comments. I’m just on my way home. Lovely nurse at BPAS scanned and yes a small amount of tissue and some clots remain but she isn’t worried about it and said my body will expel this when ready and that it’s just my hormones. Feeling relived. Thank you all

Good to hear all ok-ish. The bleeding could come on quite sudden so I’d suggest wearing pads/period pants for a couple weeks.
Take it easy for the next few weeks if you can, be kind to yourself.
