7 weeks medical termination handhold needed

I'm 7 weeks and took my first pill yesterday. So far, the sickness has been the same as usual - awful but manageable.

I've planned for 6pm to take the next tablets with codeine in advance.

I've already started bleeding with sizeable clots and backache - guessing this is expected.

I've told no one in RL and could do with some support/positive stories.

Oh my good god *@cherry101* that sounds so traumatic - how are you feeling? Did you pass any clots when you did it first time round? I don’t feel I have, minus two larger ones, but I didn’t see a sac or pregnancy which worries me slightly. Make sure you get a blood test at GP for iron too with the blood loss, or get some spatone sachets to help increase iron. I can’t insist what you have been through. Sending love xxx
How are you getting on?

I'm slightly worried about this too - there were lots of clots but I didn't really look at them to be honest. Still bleeding on and off, it's a bit more like a few weeks after birth - didn't know that was a thing so early on?

Still feel very tired but have been kept super busy, which is good. I did a test yesterday - seems far too early but it didn't work Hmm

Hope you're all doing ok.

Thanks everyone for support. I didn't pass anything bigger than a 10p piece last week cramping disappeared in one day n bleeding was like light period for days after. So I thought it had to b too easy but because nausea stopped I thought ok fine my boobs got more painful 😣 however though.
Then this morning on 9th day it felt like I pushed out bigger than a golf ball size n same about 3-4 time afterwards blood would not stop in the hospital the ladies were amazin ! I bled everywhere all over chair floor myself after the scan I was so humiliated but they didn't care they wiped me down cleaned me up made me a cup of tea n just made me feel so human! My partner left work n has been right by my side I'm so grateful. I'm bit better now in bed with mild cramps.
Only thing I say ladies is if u still don't think it's passed properly or still getting bad symptoms just ring clinic m, they will scan u n double check that's the worse they cud do! Goodnight ladies keep me updated xxx 😘

@jammyrodger I also did a test, couldn’t help myself, it was positive. But I was only 5 days post procedure and it was a regular one, so to be expected I guess? Oh I don’t know, I feel still so consumed by it all. I’m still getting awful cramps, I’ve taken so much pain relief this week which is playing havoc on my digestive system. I have no sickness, boobs still massive but not sore. Bleeding is now equivalent to that of a light period. I’m having a hormone crash too, I feel at odds. I’m going to try and persevere to week 2, I’d be 9 weeks at that point, then phone it still positive, I know they advise 3, but I couldn’t have a termination any later than 12 weeks, as firm as I have been, it just feels wrong and my moral compass is taking over. Sorry - I’m being negative. Not what we need right now.

@cherry101 you’re partner sounds amazing, I know it’s been rough but I hope you can rest and find some peace now, thank you for sharing your experiences and to you both for being there for me through this xx

It gets better, honestly. I had cramps for a week and was going through a LOT of pads. How it's like lochia and slightly sweet smelling, which makes me gag. No infection, just turns out my sensitive sense of smell has gotten worse I think.

Give yourself a few days and see how you feel but at the same time, if you are worried, ring them, get a scan, put your mind at rest.

Your hormones will rebalance soon too.

You'll get through this xx
