Got a 10 month old baby, was on the pill but came off it as the side effects were horrendous. Barely been having sex as I'm exhausted weve probably had sex twice in the last 4 weeks which he hasnt finished inside but obvious theres a chance. Period is possibly 2 days late (quite irregular and after baby and pill not really sure) I KNOW tesco tests can be wrong but what do people think of this test? Shit. Shit. Shit.

Thanks @Needingsupportplease, did the medical procedure work for you in the end? The thought having to have a surgical termination if medical fails really scares me. I just feel so stupid, can't believe at the age of 38 I'm unexpectedly pregnant or that I desperately don't want the baby either

@smurfsrock I never thought I'd be there either after 2 miscarriages but shit really does happen. Yeah it worked I had a follow up scan. Was really shocked how little clots/bleeding/pain I had. So sorry you find yourself in this position do whats best for you (medical/surgical) hope you are ok x

Hey, @Smurfsrock sorry to butt in...... I had a surgical last year. The worst part of it was the waiting for the day as I found the emotional roller coaster so so so hard. The actual experience in the day was OK. I had a general and knew nothing about it and didn't have the fear of "passing" anything.

Please try really hard not to beat yourself up about it. I found that I had really intrusive thoughts while waiting for the day but they stopped as soon as it was done (granted I was later term than some) I also get the feeling of stupidity.
