Pregnancy & Irn-Bru

Im having the biggest craving for Irn-Bru, and drinking roughly a 2 litre bottle everyday

DH seems to think its harmful, but Im not so sure. Does anybody have any ideas?!

Dandelion and Burdock - still haven't acquired any.

we're heading up to nairn for a weeks holiday soon and DP keeps saying he wants to go back to get 'lots and lots of black isle beer'

we did last year when we stayed in Nairn for holiday, My2 .

Schwepps now has some fizzy juice out that is BRILLIANT - pomegranate and blueberry gets my vote. Mmmmm.

lol this thread has made me laugh; as an expat Scot exiled in England with a DH who thinks Irn Bru is the work of the devil

He just doesn't get fish suppers or a hangover fry-up washed down with irn bru

have you not considered though that it's the actual iron in the irn bru that you are craving?

I craved lucozade whilst pregnant with ds2. I've always wondered if the sugar content was why ds2 was the biggest of my 3 boys (he was 3lbs heavier than ds1). I know that's probably rubbish but just curious as to why there was such a difference. Luckily didn't have the same craving with ds3 but managed to put on more weight regardless.

I've had two whoppers and on track for another one this time - we should do a study lol

Havnt touched a drop of Irn-Bru today! I was sick like Ive never been before lastnight, and was convinced it was because I went cold turkey after posting this thread yesterday!

Ive been a good girl and stuck to water all day, although its bloody hard!
