Just that really. DH and I are TTC our first and we are surrounded by people who got pregnant first time trying. It's making me feel really stressed, as if there's something wrong with me.

DH has had a sperm check (because of a family issue) and everything came back great, which just makes me feel like it's me.

Can I hear your stories of how long it took you to get pregnant each time you help manage my expectations please? Thank you!

Took us 1 year. Actually, I had just gotten my appointment through for a test at the hospital due to high prolactin levels, had a cannulated prolactin test where they determined this was high due to the stress of the blood test being done, however they then said I had high cortisol so wanted me to do another test. Pretty much the same day I got this letter, I got my positive pregnancy test. I was stressed at how long it was taking us, after a while I stopped constantly testing my ovulation and taking pregnancy tests and just thought if it happens, it happens. Hopefully it all works out for you!

9 years of unprotected sex, 21 months with cycle tracking. Had referral to fertility clinic when I fell pregnant unexpectedly.

Thought I couldn't conceive naturally! Baby would be born around our 10th wedding anniversary . I am 32 years old.

A lot of people who say "first month" or "wasn't trying" have been having unprotected sex for many months, but just weren't tracking.

So, in my head, that's not really the 1st month IYSWIM

Anyway, for me it was 4th month, 5th month, 16th month. All in my early 30s

Not necessarily. It’s pretty clear what most people mean. We had unprotected sex just once and I got pregnant, which I feel very grateful about!

First attempt with baby 1 (I'd just turned 35)
It took about 8 months with baby 2 and a couple of very early miscarriages (I was 37)

4 years. Naturally.

It took me about two cycles to conceive. I started taking Clomid because my ovulation was irregular, and it really helped regulate things and boost my chances. By the way, I ordered my Clomid from this trusted pharmacy 👉 healway.co.uk/clomid-clomiphene — great price, fast delivery, and honestly exactly what I needed. Highly recommend it.

First baby at 31, found out I was pregnant 5 weeks after stopping the pill after 15 years on it.
second baby at 33 came off the pill in aug and was pregnant by October.

DC1 - 18 months. No issues but we had started testing for possible fertility issues and then conceived naturally.

DC2 - 3 months.

DC3 unplanned
