Is this really a boy? Gender suspicion.

Hi!
We had a private gender scan this week at 15+5 weeks.
The lady said it's a boy, and said she was certain.
However, has anyone had this kind of definitive answer/photo, for it to end up being a girl? I know it happens the other way around fairly often, but can a girl be mistaken for a boy at this stage?
Has anyone given birth and found out boy they were expecting is actually a girl?
Would love to hear of any examples of this. Thanks!

ETA: Yes I do know of someone who had a girl when expecting a boy but it’s much more usual the other way around because willies can hide. Your boy has a perfect potty shot and a perfect view of his penis.

I do think it’s unreasonable to be disappointed that you’re expecting a healthy baby that’s not got the “right” bits between its legs. Children are great, irrespective of sex.

Again... The ranty replies really aren't doing much to evidence your assertion that you couldn't care less.
