Is anyone else in their 2 WW? Currently on cycle 2 trying for #2.

2dpo here :) baby number two, third cycle trying.

How are you getting on? It's hard not to wish the weeks away at this point isn't it!

Omg this 2 ww is so difficult! I am currently 7 DPO. Only symptom I had is 4 nights of vivid dreams, no other signs. What about you? Any tips for navigating this 2 ww? How old is your LO?

I wasn't planning to be, but I think I might be!

I took a test today, and the feigntest of 2nd lines came up I think. I only tested on the advice of my diabetes nurse as my blood sugars are high and I can't get them down, which is apparently a very early symptom of pregnancy.

If I am, this won't be first rodeo! This will be pregnancy number 8, baby number 6

It's sooo hard isn't it! I am hoping you get your positive this month! Are you waiting to the day your due on to test? I never manage to wait 🤦🏼‍♀️

My little one is ten (and a half) months how about yours?

We fell pregnant first try with him so I've been a bit disappointed it hasn't happened so far. I had wanted a < 18 month age gap ideally.

@Lidlisthebusiness that's so interesting I never knew that about blood sugar! How are you feeling?

@km9371 We are very similar. My LO is 21 months and we caught first time last time also. So I know the feeling.. its disappointing that it wasn't the same second time for us. Did u BD every day ? Are you using OPK strips etc?

Neither did I until she asked if there was a chance I could be pregnant! I said I didn't think so, I'm 41, have 1 ovary and PCOS so the chances would be slim. She just wanted me to rule it out really.

I feel ok, sore boob's but I'm due on this week and that's been a thing since my last baby. Felt a bit nauseus a couple of days, and I felt some SPD in my hip but assumed I'd hurt myself in the gym. SPD was actually my first symptom last time!

@Welshy2024 so hard when things are different to expectations!

Yeah have been doing opks! We did it ALOT in the fertile window (5 days before ovulation and ovulation day) but I've just heard about the sperm meets egg method and it sounds like maybe the two days following ovulation are also important?

What is your approach at the moment?

Also we had been using normal lube, which I've also just been told hinders things. Such a minefield!!

It sure is! Yes using OPKs too and CB. This month we did 1 day before, day of first smiley face and twice the day after which I am guessing is ovulation day? (Second static smile day) my approach is cover day before, day of and day after.

Apparently Preseed is good! I don't get ewcm so always wonder if that effects things. Gna try hold out to test. You had any symptoms on first?

Also, just wanted to say, I fell pregnant with my first by accident, but when we decided to try for our 2nd, it took months, with a miscarriage in the middle, so I know how you feel with all the anxiety and pressure to get those 2 lines!

With my first baby I was very nauseous quite early, and sore boobs! I didn't test until I had missed my period. What about you?

I find myself doing a lot of symptom spotting 🤦🏼‍♀️ currently I've a bad headache and cramps and I'm convinced I'm pregnant but it's much too early to tell 🤦🏼‍♀️

Yes I am symptom spotting too. Cramps- postive sign? People say try not to think about it, but it's impossible right?

I actually felt the implantation with my first! Like someone pulled on my stomach with some string. Was crazy! Then sore boobs on dpo 10, thats all I had on first... vivid dreams 4 days in a row and no other symptoms so far, trying to stay positive as nothing obvious so far.

Just been reading about the fertility cup

I took another test this morning, definitely positive!

@Welshy2024 I’m wishing you all the luck in the world this month. I tested early last month and I’m going to try my best to wait until just before af is due. (But I’ve said that every month )

Praying you get yr BFP. What's yr approach when it comes to bd? Are u using lh strips and have u had any symptoms yet?

Thanks @Welshy2024 I started LH tracking day ten and peak was day 12 this month, so earlier than usual, last few months peak was day 14.

managed to bd day before peak, peak and ov day.
we roughly followed the SMEP method but found it a lot of pressure.
I get bad ov cramping and it’s lingering a bit but otherwise a bit bloated but feeling ok.
these two weeks are going slow.

I'm just trying to understand ovulation day.... so what day is ovulation day once you get your first poative LH test- Is it the first day after the first postive LH? As I always get 2 days of poative LH. Or 2 days after the first positive LH test?

I am 8 DPO today. No signs at the moment just lots of dreams.

I’ve been using the clear blue tests and they give you a peak day in the thought that ovulation is the next day.
Im not 100% confident that I do ovulate the next day as I get cramps for a few days but we shall see.

Ive watched a thousand tww YouTube videos and dreams seem to be a positive sign. Also PMS seems to be the cause of symptoms for many so fingers crossed the no symptoms is a good thing

Yes that's what I thought. As soon as I get a static smile face I know it go time haha. The clear blue are brill ain't they! My peak day changes every month so its difficult to decide when to start trying if you get me. I will look at the smep method also. Thank you. Everything crossed that this is your month!!
