Ate a cold macaroni pie

Hi,

not sure if I’m over thinking. I am 10 weeks pregnant and ate a cold macaroni pie will it be ok? I didn’t even think about heating it up as I’ve been struggling to eat with really back vomiting. Then when I seen that I wolfed it down. Will I be ok?

Put any filling of your choice in a pie, put the pie in a roll, dip it in batter and deep fry it!

Then stick it in a roll. Grin

Another roll that should have said. I can't edit on the app.

I am intrigued, but isn’t the macaroni pie super dry? I’m just imagining dry pastry and dry, under sauced macaroni.

Living my food dreams through this post. Please tell me it isn’t dry…

I am Scottish but don't live in Scotland so have had very limited opportunites to eat one, but no, not dry. I think it's macaroni cheese in a pie, so there's cheese sauce. I love the idea but faced with the rare opportunity to be able to eat a pie in Scotland I would go for the classic mutton pie, sometimes called a Scotch pie. If I actually lived there I would be spherical I'd ring the changes with a macaroni pie sometimes.

No, its macaroni cheese so its in a thick cheese sauce. Its a beautiful beautiful thing, although obviously also very very wrong 😁

I've seen a Mac and Cheese quiche here in the south, I think Lidl

Waitrose macaroni pie?! Gentrification!

I bet people eat it with salad as well. Naw.
