What was your first pregnancy symptom and at what week roughly?

I'll start- mine was sore breasts at around 4 weeks, closely followed by extreme tiredness

Tiredness like I've never felt before

Summerrabbit · 16/03/2024 12:03

I had a very vivid dream where I was eating a biscuit & I could actually taste the flavour. I don’t remember having that with a dream before! That was really early- before missed period & testing.

I had extreme period cramps that lasted weeks!! I thought it was a sure sign I wasn't pregnant. Then I thought i would have a MC. It went away around 10 weeks, and was replaced by 24/7 nausea. So delightful. 😂 but wouldn't have it any other way.

Gooseysgirl · 16/03/2024 13:03

Sore boobs about 10 DPO on DC1, no symptoms with DC2 - only dud a test cos period was late!

Springisroundthecorner · 16/03/2024 13:04

A feeling of heaviness around my cervix and tiredness. Also had an implantation discharge (for 24hrs)

rebecca100 · 16/03/2024 13:07

Tiredness, headaches and very nauseous, tested about 4 days after feeling like this and was 5.5 weeks. Clearblue digital test came up as 3+ weeks instantly x

Mine was sore boobs at 7wks for a few days but I already knew I was pregnant at that point. There were absolutely no symptoms when I did the test and I fully expected another negative.

Period cramps but no period.

IncompleteSenten · 16/03/2024 17:36

Suddenly becoming very intensely aware of my uterus.

I really cannot think of another way to explain it.

It was the oddest sensation. This was before any sickness, soreness, tenderness or anything started. I just couldn't stop this awareness of my womb. It wasn't even me thinking oh there's an embryo in there, I wasn't thinking anything. Not in words. I just was aware of it..like if you put a ticking clock in your room you are aware it's ticking but you don't sit there thinking that's the clock ticking or even tick tick tick, you are just aware of it.

That's what it was like.

IncompleteSenten · 16/03/2024 17:38

It was so intense that six months after my first was born I had it again and immediately thought oh fuck. Surely not! Did a pregnancy test and it was negative. I shrugged it off but I was indeed pregnant and my second was born 15 months after my first.

sugarplum33 · 16/03/2024 17:38

Insomnia in both pregnancies. 35 weeks now and still spend most nights wide awake.

DinnaeFashYersel · 16/03/2024 17:38

Tiredness in the first trimester and bump growing in second trimester.

Never had anything else really.
