What was your first pregnancy symptom and at what week roughly?

I'll start- mine was sore breasts at around 4 weeks, closely followed by extreme tiredness

A weird tiredness / fogginess in my head, like nothing else i had had before, and sore boobs even before missed period.

Feeling really thirsty, bouts of dizziness, cramps and feeling like a period was coming but nothing happening.

none for over 3 months

First time round, extremely heightened sense of smell and sore boobs - before missed period
This time, implantation bleed/cramps a week before period and then tiredness/nausea a couple of days after missed period

Extreme tiredness. Maybe from week 5/6. So tired I would wake up and I didn’t realise that I had slept.
