Nearly 12 weeks and had a bleed 💔

Went to the toilet earlier and had some bloody discharge. It’s subsided now but I’ve still got brown discharge when wiping.
My body feels like it’s going through a period.
Scan booked for later in the week but don’t know how I will get through the next few days.

@Mrsttcno1 - thank you. I think I would feel better speaking to someone who could tell
me what this bleed might be.
I have no idea and I’m just thinking this can’t be good, it’s been 24 hours now on and off 💔

It’s consumed a lot of my brain space today tbh! Mind fk is the absolute word for it, just as you think it’s settled it starts again! What time is your scan in the morning?

Had a larger bleed tonight and had to put a pad on. I really don’t feel hopeful now.

@Kate3150 Not too long to wait thankfully. It’s just wanting to know answers either way isn’t it ☹️
Mine is mostly pink/red CM but there’s a lot of CM? Had another small amount of fresh red while at work today too. Feeling pre-period like, not quite cramping but definitely uncomfortable x

@Kate3150 so very sorry to hear this. Hope you have lots of love and support around you. 😔 Hope you have good guidance around your next steps too. There are some really helpful threads on the miscarriage board if you feel able to engage with that. I found a lot of comfort and support in it when I was going through my losses last year.

Thanks everyone for your lovely messages and support. It’s got me through the past couple of days…
I feel better mentally, like clearer knowing what’s happening. Can’t deny I am nervous about the physical process.
I have had a miscarriage before but still don’t feel prepared for having another one.

I'm so sorry, I was watching this post and hoping for good news. I didn't want to post my experience as didn't want to scare you when you were already worried. I had a brown bleed at nearly 12 weeks (4 days from my scan!!) and brown spotting for 2 days, everyone kept telling me not to worry and that it was old blood. I went to a private scan place and they confirmed baby died at 8 weeks and 3 days, I'd seen my baby at 8 weeks with its heart beating away so it died 3 days later and my body had no idea. It's so sad. I miscarried the same night they told me & it was awful, the worst miscarriage I'd had (it was my first one, I've had another 3 since this) dose up on painkillers and be kind to yourself, I'm so sorry. Xx

Thanks for checking in on me @Kate3150 despite everything you’re going through. Still bleeding on and off so I’m not hopeful tbh. Scan is tomorrow at 3:40 so I’ll know by this time tomorrow. Hope you are holding up okay x
