Hi guys! New here 👋🏼

yesterday (14DPO) started bleeding, I done a clear blue test yesterday after a few dye tests came back with faint lines, clear blue said 1-2 weeks

14DPO started bleeding, red blood
15DPO still bleeding but it’s gone brown now ?

can anyone shed some light if this is normal? I googled and it said it’s normal to have some spotting at 4 weeks but I can’t tell if it’s spotting or not…

I did have a MC in June at 6 weeks 4 days also & I was in so much pain & this time round I have no pain? So I’m worrying 😔

my last period was on the 11th November and was supposed to start on 11th December

thank you 🤞🏻 xx

What is a subchorionic hematoma ? Xx

It's basically a pocket of blood that can form inside the uterus with the baby. That's how it was explained to me, anyway. When they found mine the lady scanning said for most of the scans they do everyday due to bleeding in early pregnancy, that will be the cause. Usually, the body will bleed it out or it will be absorbed by your body, so long as it's not too big. Don't Google though because you always see the worst case senarios and that isn't always the case x

Arose - I’m wearing those thin thin pads, ones you see the fuller one, was like a hour worth only 👀 yeah when I had my MC, i bled for like 7 days straight 😔 this is my 2nd day of bleeding now 😔

Rainbow - thank you, I was just about to Google it but I’ve done enough of that today so think I’ll leave that one 😔 tbh all the blood added up from yesterday and today is quite a lot in my opinion 👀 I’m scared 😔 xx

It is so scary, you're right. Try and keep yourself busy and see what happens on Tuesday. My last pregnancy I bled so much on three different occasions and all was fine. I had to go to a&e it was so bad x

Jodss28 · 17/12/2023 21:38

What is that? Xx

I had one. It’s bleeding within the uterus but outside the sac. It’s hard to find a cause, can be collected implantation blood or can be a blood vessel. Mine was a blood vessel. Started very, very heavily at 11 weeks. I thought it was game over but scan at EPAU showed a healthy foetus. Bless fairly continuously until week 18 when I had a huge bleed. Massive. Baby still fine. I was fairly traumatised and used more towels in pregnancy than I had in about three years of periods. Anyway, all bleeding stopped by week 28. The haematoma (collection of blood which was visible on scans) was finally absorbed by my body and my pregnancy became slightly more normal. The baby is grand.

In other words, blood is not always the end, but should always be looked into. Mine sees a particularly big bleeder, they’re not normally quite like mine was. I had many, many A&E trios to be checked out by gynae.

Omg sounds terrible!! 😔 trying it’s just so hard as my MC was only 6 months ago and lost that at 6 weeks 😔
I have no pain though also. Which is weird 😔 xx

I had very light pain with my subchorionic bleeds. And often the blood would be brown, with occasional bursts of fresh, because it was ‘old’ by the time it left my body. I am hoping for the best for you. Keep an eye and don’t google for now.

champagneproblems13 · 17/12/2023 21:52

This happened to me and ended up being a chemical pregnancy. I had 1-2 on clear blue too and clear strips like yours. I've also had 3 MC and I had no pain at all with the chemical but a lot of pain with my other 2 MC at 12 weeks and 7 weeks. Let us know how you get on hope all is well

Jodss28 · 17/12/2023 22:17

champagne - the other strips have a faint positive on them, probably can’t see it on the photo but all of them do have faint lines on. Yeah no pain really but I’m hoping will be fine 😔 so hard to stay positive though

Thank you snow dog ❤️

@Jodss28 I can see the faint lines, I had the same too. There was my tests when I had a chemical. Most of the time it's nothing though I'm just really unlucky when it comes to trying to conceive 😭

Aw yeah they look similar! Mine haven’t got dark at all though yet, making me worry to, I’m 15dpo today 👀
when did you take those tests? The darker line one? Xx

OP posts:
champagneproblems13 · 17/12/2023 22:48

These were all same day around 14/15 dpo, taken the day after I'd bled and already lost the baby @Jodss28

Jodss28 · 17/12/2023 22:58

When did you start bleeding? Xx

Jodss28 · 17/12/2023 23:27

This is what I’m dealing with now, got less I’d say?

2nd one is the last one I took off x

It's so stressful isn't it 😭 I tested positive for a week after my miscarriage at four weeks so I couldn't even use that to confirm either way. I tried to stay positive by thinking that at least I knew I could get pregnant and that the embryo could implant, even if something went wrong at that stage. It does look a little bit less - let us know how you're doing in the morning x

champagneproblems13 · 18/12/2023 12:51

How are you this morning OP?

TheShellBeach · 18/12/2023 16:36

Are you okay @Jodss28 ?

Jodss28 · 18/12/2023 16:49

Arose - yeah with my last MC I tested positive for a few days and then it went negative

I went a&e today, saw the GP and referred myself to EAPU unit so just waiting for a call back but I have a appointment at kings hospital for a scan and stuff tomorrow so hopefully 🤞🏻 everything is okay x

bleeding is back to red now …
