I don't know if I'm pregnant or not

I did vagina ultrasound today. And thats the result the doctor said I'm 8mm and she still not sure if we able to identify if I'm pregnant or not I'm already 3 days delay and for the past few months i only have light bleeding.
I do have a symptoms also like backache fatigue nausea headache craving foods and I'm also sensitive.

And i do know what to do know.

Sorry I’m a little confused by the post. How late are you? In NHS (not sure what country you’re in) they won’t scan you until you’re 6 weeks as it’s very unlikely to see anything and they won’t be able to confirm a pregnancy.
Have toy had blood tests 48 hrs apart to see if hcg levels are rising?

I'm 3 days delayed. I'm from Uae. And aslo while the doctor do the scan to me the machine stop working and its take 3 mins again to open the machine

Have you had positive pregnancy tests? Can’t believe they’d give you a scan 3 days after your period is due.

I did 5 apregnancy test last months
The first 3 is positive and the last 2 that is negative so it's confusing me

Sorry but I agree with the pp it may have been a chemical pregnancy if you’ve experienced some bleeding since last month.

If you’re 3 days late with this cycle and having negative tests then I’d assume it’s negative but a scan this early wouldn’t show anything. I would ask for 2 blood tests 48 hours apart to test your hcg levels.

I had an early internal scan done on the NHS and they calculated I was 5 weeks and 4 days , there was a heartbeat as well. Maybe you're just a little early . I would test again .

There is absolutely no way of any of us telling you by looking at photos. If you are worried you are pregnant then take a test.
If you are not pregnant and this bloating is new, then see a GP.

I think there are a few problems with your question.

first of all, you hijacked someone else’s post which isn’t polite.

2nd of all, I really don’t know why you think any of us can tell you anything based on a photo. Surely the first thing you would do if you thought you were pregnant was take a test, not ask a forum of strangers?

Sorry you’re not getting the answers you’d hope for @FairBear but sadly none of us will be able to tell you. I’d suggest you take a pregnancy test or speak with your gp to do a blood test.
