I don't know if I'm pregnant or not

I did vagina ultrasound today. And thats the result the doctor said I'm 8mm and she still not sure if we able to identify if I'm pregnant or not I'm already 3 days delay and for the past few months i only have light bleeding.
I do have a symptoms also like backache fatigue nausea headache craving foods and I'm also sensitive.

And i do know what to do know.

1st im new to this mumsnet so if I did jump on someone's post it wasn't intentional I can assure you . I'm learning how to use this . Ever heard the saying be nice ? U don't know wot people are going thru so try with a little less attitude in future .

I didn’t give you attitude. You asked why somebody else did, so I gave you some suggestions as to why people might have had problems with your question.

@FairBear to be honest at 53 I'd say it's a menopausal belly.
If your worried your pregnant why wouldn't you just take a pregnancy test or go to your gp for diagnosis?
