Can someone please give me advice

So i tested very faint positive on 31st of December and now i am testing all negative but my urine is a little dehydrated... I haven't had a period since November 2022 and now i am worried i am not pregnant, i have no bleeding or cramping just bloated.... I was just wondering if anyone has experience this please

My last period was 19th of November 2022 my cycle is 28 days and 5 day period i tested on the 31st December 2022 and a very faint line appeared the doctor stated if u have no bleeding or cramping and u tested positive then u are pregnant no matter how faint... Still no period but been testing negative since

Can someone please give me advice

Yes this is the only that was positive the rest i have taken in the afternoon are all negative.... Im soo confused x

It could of been an evap line but I would definitely got to your doctors as it's odd that you still haven't come on!

Yes thats what i was thinking i would at least been getting a period if i wasnt but the doctors are useless they wont even do a blood test because i got a positive and no period or cramping since then... Maybe my hcg levels are low.... Ive never experienced this in my previous pregnancies

If you are feeling worried and anxious about it that could be what's making you late to come on.
Could you book an early scan?

I don't have money to book a private scan, hopefully i can call doctors tomorrow and they can do a blood test or something, i wouldn't say i am stressed out or worried just confused lol id rather not be pregnant tbh i got a handful toddler lol

@Nisathemummy so according to your dates you should be approx 9 weeks pregnant... do you have any pains at all particularly one sided? If you can't go for a private scan then you could have blood tests done at your GP to check your HCG level as this will give you more info as to what's going on...

I only at sex the 3rd and 6th of December not had sex before or after that... When i got to bed i do fell like my legs have pins and needles though, yes i will definitely be calling doctors first thing tomorrow it could be my hcg levels thank you x

Post a pic. If you're 9 weeks you'll be having the hook effect. Next test put some water in the wee and it'll be darker

A hook affect after 7/8 weeks causes test to be faint. I can see it. Definitely dilute your wee with water and retest x

I think you should go to epu and get a scan. It could be ectopic as all your previous reading were low. It can be fatal, so I would try and get seen tomorrow.

If she was 9 weeks and it was ectopic wouldn't it have ruptured by now. She's only done one test till now. And if she's 9 weeks it wouldn't be a strong line

I'd deffo go to the doctors to have bloods done and see if it comes back to say if your pregnant? I do know a couple people that tested negative for a while but then had bloods done and came back to say they are pregnant. Maybe your hcg levels are low and you conceived later on and is just at an early stage? Hope this helps

Hi all i had an consultation with the nurse over the phone and she stated that i am not having a eptopic pregnancy or a missed carriage judging by my symptoms and that i am pregnant, she also stated it could be because my hcg levels are low and the fact that i might be earlier in the pregnancy than i am, she did however state that a missed miscarriage can have no symptoms however that can only be seen in my 12 weeks scan and that goes for all pregnant women in their first trimester.. Phew i can stop testing now... I am pregnant but most likely earlier than i think i am

General nurses don’t know loads about pregnancy/fertility. I would speak to your GP (not a nurse) about bloods being done as it would concerned me that the test was so faint on 31st Dec (by dates you had sex minimum you would have been then is 20dpo) and still faint now. You must be around the same weeks as me and I definitely wouldn’t want to wait until the 12-13.5 week scan if there was anything that can be done now.

Actually the doctors know less than a nurse, she is a nurse who works at the antenatal so she knows what she is talking about thanks

When I had a missed miscarriage. I still had symptoms. Still felt pregnant
