Ladies what is your go to hot chocolate whilst pregnant?? I tried the caburys instant but it’s not how I remembered it (must be the new tastebuds😂)

Always liked traditional cocoa and sugar best.

Who told you you weren't allowed sugary foods in pregnancy? Everything in moderation.

Yes I know, but hot choc is HIGH in sugar

So? Where are you getting this from? You're allowed to eat sugary foods in pregnancy.

You can have regular amounts of sugar in pregnancy.
