If your first baby was under 7lb

Was your second? If they followed roughly the same scan percentiles etc.

My 1st was 6lb (born on her due date)
my 2nd was 6lb 4 (born 40+2)
my 3rd was 5lb 2 (born 35+3)

No! She was bigger! DS was 6lb11 and 9th centile Dd was 7lb4 and 25 centile (although its different I think for boys and girls)

First was 4lbs6. Was sent for a growth scan once at the hospital as bump was measuring small but scans showed he was gonna be a 7-8lbs baby by the end of the pregnancy they were v far off lol.

1st born at 41 weeks 6lb8
2nd born at nearly 42weeks 7lb1

First son 6lb 10
Second son 9lb 1
Both were born 1 week early

my 5lb 4 oz baby is now nearly 6 ft tall and hoovering out my fridge daily.

Both 10 days late... Both measured big.

Both of mine were born at around 38wks and weighed 6lbs. My first was smaller than expected based on bump measurements. I had regular growth scans right up to the end with the second, so I was expecting a small baby.

4 - 6lb, 7oz

All we’re born between 10 and 14 days early.

All followed the same centile in pregnancy. Dc3 followed the same line and I had fortnightly scans. Growth had slowed significantly after 36 weeks but not picked up until midwife measured my bump, then sent me for an immediate scan at 38+6.
Dc4 seemed so big in comparison to his siblings 😁

Triplets born at 3Ib.

My first was 6lb8 (39weeks)
My second was 7lb8 (40 weeks)
My third was 5lb14 (37 weeks)

DS1 6lb 11oz at 39+2
DS2 8lb exactly at 40+5
DS3 8lb 6oz at 39+2

They are all now strapping 6ft plus young men

My second was only 6.5 pounds but my first and third were 8.5 pounds

DS 2 - 7lbs 11 and 10 days late
DD - 7 lbs 3 and 2 days late.

First 5lb 6oz… 4 weeks early - boy
2nd 7lb 8oz... bang on time - girl

My first was 6lb10 and technically SGA on centiles, born at 40+4.

Had extra monitoring with my second as a result, she was looking like she was going to be similar or even a bit smaller based on those extra scans but then she suddenly had a spurt around 36 weeks and they decided to leave us to go naturally, she was 7lb5 in the end. I was induced at 41 weeks!

3. 9lb 2oz.

I was done by then anyway which was just as well as I didn't want to risk an 11 pounder next time!
